Annual Dues

Annual dues are due on February 1 and late on March 1.  Late dues will be assessed a 10% late penalty.  Annual dues are updated at the HOA meeting in December. An invoice will be sent by the end of December with the new dues amount.

Pool​​

  • The pool is an amenity offered only to BWP residents and their guests.
  • It opens in May and closes in September.  Hours are 9 AM – 10 PM.
  • Entry to the pool requires a pool key provided to each homeowner.
  • Pool rules are posted at the pool and can be found here.
  • Residents may also rent the pool for private functions and are subject to pool rules and availability.

Social​​

  • The neighborhood coordinates a variety of activities for all ages throughout the year to connect our community, such as: 4th of July Bike Parade & Ice Cream Social; Adult Luau at the Pool; Neighborhood Block Party; Yard of the Month 
  • Women's Bunko; Service Projects; and more!

Trash/Recycling/Yard Waste Services 
  • Our service provider is Republic Trash Service.
  • Yard waste must be in recyclable brown paper bags (no plastic will be picked up).  
  • Bulky Item Pick Up is twice a year: 
    • 1 per city contract - after Spring garage sale
    • 1 per resident choice - contact Republic Services at 816 254-1470.
