About Brookwood Place

The Brookwood Place Subdivision is located in Lenexa, Kansas, just off of 87th St.; between I-435 & Lackman Rd.
The subdivision is comprised of 169 homes. BWP Plats can be found here.
The entrance is located at the corner of 87th St. & Allman Rd.
Some landmarks include the Community Covenant Church & Lenexa Baptist Church. Allman Rd. is between the two churches.

Brookwood Place Community Amenities

The BWP neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool & picnic area. The neighborhood is conveniently located near Christa McAuliffe Elementary School, Ad Astra Park & walking trails.
Brookwood Place is just minutes away from dining, shopping, & entertainment destinations in Johnson County, Kansas & throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area.

The pool is an amenity offered only to BWP residents and their guests.
It opens in May and closes in September. Hours are 9 AM – 9PM Sunday Monday through Thursday and 9 AM - 10 PM Friday and Saturday.
Entry to the pool requires a pool key provided to each homeowner.
Pool rules are posted at the pool and can be found here.
Residents may also rent the pool for private functions and are subject to pool rules and availability.

Our service provider is Republic Trash Service.
Yard waste must be in recyclable brown paper bags (no plastic will be picked up).
Bulky Item Pick Up is twice a year:
- 1 per contract - after the Spring garage sale
- 1 per resident choice - contact Republic Services
